We, as apostolic and prophetic prayer leaders in Colorado have been working together for many years and see the importance of being connected with you as we continue the work of transforming Colorado and expanding His kingdom. The Hebrew word for intercession is
פָּגַע pāḡa
meaning to meet.
"Intercession creates a meeting. Intercessors meet with God; they also meet the powers of darkness. We, through prayers of intercession, meet the powers of darkness, enforcing the victory Christ accomplished..." *
pāḡa also means to strike (Job 36:32). "Intercession releases the flashing forth of His glory/lightning, directing it to the desired situation and allowing it to strike the mark." *
